Bad Debts album launch with Wild Dog Mountains

Bad Debts will be travelling down the Calder from Castlemaine to launch their debut album ‘Under Kalimna Skies’ at The Gem.  Bad Debts are fronted by Mitch Dillon, Al Carr, and Pete Daly, joined by Al Stanley on drums. Variously described as loose rock n roll, widescreen Americana and freewheeling, low-slung guitar rock, Bad Debts look forward to hitting The Gem to launch their first record!

Wild Dog Mountains have been plying their wares in the Melbourne music scene over the past couple of years and have built a growing reputation for their rollicking and energetic live shows. Reminiscent of The Silver Jews, Wilco, Magnolia Electric Co. and maybe a little Paul Kelly. Wild Dog Mountains weave a path through alt-country and indie rock soundscapes, with songs about love, loneliness, camping trips gone awry, dreams of real estate, supermarket lines, and other suburban tragedies.
